Animal photo shoot

This is George. He says things like, "Bird bird bird woooord". and, "George george jungle." annnnd, "*ring ring ring* Hello?" He says things at the perfect time and just seems crazy. He would crack us up alllll the time.

This is Rudy. She's a cutie!!!

We got a little carried away with the photo shoot.

UFO hunting with Abby

We went UFO hunting with Abby and now she's starting a blog about it! She and her friend, Adam, have seen a lot of UFOs fly over Columbia. There is a bombing range close by and I don't know what kind of air craft they have access to, but I really don't think what they described could be anything we have access to on this planet. We ended up seeing a pretty weird light that they said was very similar to what they had seen the night before. It was different from all the air planes we had seen, it had a different kind of light, and was down very low in the trees. It drifted along slowly and then disappeared. Who knows. But....it was pretty strange. Wish we would have had a closer look haha.

The night of the Sweat lodge ceremony

We did some light paintings while we were waiting for the rocks to heat up to use in our sweat lodge. The kids got really creative with it and got some really neat pictures. They're all about 13 seconds exposure time.

I think this one is my favorite! I love the lies. It reminds me of Saturn's rings!

The sweat lodge ceremony was a lot of fun and super cool, we figured out a few things to do different and figured out even more the second time. Then we realized it would be so much easier if we had someone that knew what they were doing teach us everything hahaha. I guess I need to attend a real sweat lodge ceremony.

We had an awesome time with Abby and the kids even though it was a rainny day. We saw tons of birds and had a little taste of home! It was so much like driving through Forsyth right by school!
