This was the largest sunchoke we have found yet! may have broke a world record! These plants are awesome. One plant can produce at least 5 pounds of sunchokes. It is crazzzy. It feels like digging for gold when we pull a plant out. And then we make soup. Which has forced us to rename the sunchoke soup to fartichoke soup. It tastes so good I don't even care.
